We were saddened to hear of Dave’s passing ,Helen and I have known Dave & Dorothy and the family for over 50 years Dave always made you feel welcome to his home gave words of both wisdom and wit and also chastised you when as teenagers we got a bit too cocky .You guys and gals left have been blessed to have had two fantastic parents and we will keep the memories of both Dave and Dorothy in our hearts

Shaker was a dear family friend for a very long time. My father and he were especially close, often sharing stories of their beloved Lebanon. It is sad they are both now gone, but the memory of them will remain in our hearts ♥️ forever.
Though miles and oceans separated us, love knows no distance.
Khalo was a source of kindness, strength and comfort to his sisters and nephews.
Even though he lived abroad, he always found a way to come and visit home, reminding us that family is never defined by geography, but by the bonds of the heart.
I hold onto the love he gave so freely.
His presence will be missed.
Rest peacefully Khalo. You may be far from our sight, but you will forever remain close in our hearts.
We are very privileged to have enjoyed a wonderful 40 year friendship with Peter and Laurel.
Peter was without question the finest example of humanity we have ever known.
His live streamed mass was a fitting tribute to a life full of adventure and love of family ,friendship, and community.
Our hearts are with Laurel ,Heidi , Nadia , Jodie and their beautiful
families as Peter leaves his earthly life.
You will be missed as a fellow countryman and our discussion about our beloved Lebanon. We watched your beautiful Mass while sitting in our garden with tears in our eyes.
Dear uncle, no words can describe the loss I feel for your death.
Rest in peace, we will forever miss you.
Farewell dear Uncle Peter, recalling fond memories of you today as we celebrate a full life, lived well. With love, Suzie xx
A true gentleman. Part of the motueka tennis Club for many years and Jaycee . His influence on many levels in motueka will be sadly missed
Been going through old letters … so many words. Genuine, heartfelt, caring, kind… Thank you for all of them. Eventually, they would become so few. The last one I heard you say, was my name. That made me cry. Your life was certainly not an easy one, yet your heart remained soft and caring. I will think of you every time I sit outside at Toad hall, see a sailboat or order a chicken Korma.
See you soon x
Pop, your memorial service was beautiful. I’m sad that your last few years on Earth we’re challenging, but happy that you are free and peaceful now. I’m glad I got to see you one last time and give you that huge ship picture, I hope it made you smile. Thank you for your kindness and generosity — and dough balls.
Love you heaps pop
Thank you for all the memories I’ll forever cherish x
Love Ash
You taught me how to face the swell,
To trust the wind, to steer as well.
Now you’ve gone to calmer seas, But part of you still sails with me.
Till we meet again Dad,
Kelloggs X

Will never forget our time with you both and will hold in our hearts the laughter we shared. You made Puponga for us and were amazing Nana & Pop to Joe and Phoebe, how they would sneak over to your place anytime they could.

We were very saddened to hear that Joan has lost her battle with cancer.
We hold dear so many memories of our time as friends and neighbours — of laughter, shared stories, and the easy warmth of good company.
We especially remember the joy of a lovely Christmas Day that we shared together, trips into the Cobb Dam, and the gentle mischief of Mac the Westie.
Watching Joelle grow up over those years was a privilege and a pleasure — such wonderful days, filled with friendship and light.
We are grateful to have been part of those times with such a lovely family.
Our love and deepest sympathy go out to Eddie, Joelle, and family at this sad time.
To Eddie and family,
Sincere condolences in the loss of Joan.
Judy and Ross Perry.
On behalf of the Motueka Bowling Club Members I would like to pass on our condolences to Joelle, Eddie and Family.

Love you Aunty Marilyn .. RIP
I got to know Marilyn through work at the Research Station, and she became a cherished friend. As well as being very good at her work, she always look out for the children of staff members. Like many others, I know my children loved and trusted her.
A lovely lady – we worked together for several years at Greenwood Health. Marilyn had high standards and took pride in her work. It was always much appreciated. I sometimes didn’t know whether I had written the letter or whether Marilyn had improved it for me.
